THE OPPORTUNITY

BranchLab is looking for a Data Partnerships Lead to manage and grow the data ecosystem behind the industry’s first Semantic Activation Platform, Pathwai™.

As the Data Partnerships Lead, you will oversee BranchLab’s data partner ecosystem, focused on acquiring and managing privacy-first datasets that fuel precision, privacy-safe healthcare DTC and HCP population modeling, audience creation, activation, optimization and measurement.

You will work across the full partnership lifecycle from ecosystem mapping and partner sourcing through evaluation, negotiation, integration, launch, and expansion. This role sits at the intersection of data, AI, and healthcare commercialization. It requires someone who can understand complex data assets, recognize high-value use cases, develop mutually beneficial partnership models, and coordinate execution across internal and external teams.

The ideal candidate understands how privacy-conscious healthcare and consumer data can support audience intelligence, activation, optimization, and measurement. They bring strong commercial judgment, curiosity, and the ability to build trusted relationships throughout the healthcare data ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and execute BranchLab’s data partnership strategy, aligned to Pathwai’s product roadmap, commercial priorities, and need for differentiated data coverage.

· Build, evaluate, and prioritize a pipeline of healthcare data, identity, media activation, and measurement partners based on quality, coverage, privacy, scalability, and product impact.

· Own partnership opportunities from sourcing and diligence through business case, negotiation, contracting, integration, launch, and expansion.

· Work cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, Security, and Commercial teams to turn partner capabilities into product and commercial value.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· 4–7 years of experience in data partnerships, strategic partnerships, data acquisition, data licensing, healthcare technology, or a related commercial role.

· Experience with healthcare data, health technology, life sciences, pharmaceutical commercialization, health media, advertising technology, identity, or another data-intensive industry.

· Ability to evaluate data and technology partnerships across strategic, product, technical, commercial, privacy, permitted-use, and data-rights considerations.

Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and execution skills, with comfort leading cross-functional work in a fast-moving environment

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

· Build a strong pipeline of healthcare data and technology partners that can expand Pathwai’s data coverage, predictive capabilities, activation footprint, and measurement offering.

· Create a repeatable process for identifying, evaluating, prioritizing, contracting, launching, and scaling data partnerships.

· Develop trusted partner relationships and align internal Product, Data Science, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Commercial teams around execution.

· Turn new and existing partnerships into measurable product differentiation, customer value, and commercial growth for BranchLab.
