Position Overview:

Boeing Defense, Space & Security in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Data Management Specialist to support our proprietary program within our Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems (SI&WS) division.

Position Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of a program Configuration & Data Management practitioner will include but not limited to:

  • Review of documentation for internal consistency and adherence to Boeing and program standards

  • Oversee configuration control of work products

  • Generates CM records as evidence of adherence to program Configuration Management plans and Boeing standards,

  • Review and release documents, support Change Boards, and responds to internal audits and customer queries.

  • Perform some Data Management tasks, including contractual deliveries.

  • Support Contractual Data Deliveries.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.  An interim or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):  

  • 1+ years of experience in Configuration Management/Data Management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

  • Four years of College degree

  • NDIA certification

  • Prior experience in Data Management

Typical Education/Experience: 

Associate (Level 2):  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.)

Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).

 

Relocation

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range: Associate level: $ 63,750 – $ 86,250

Summary pay range: Experienced level: $79,050 - $106,950
