Role: Data Management Coordinator

The Data Management Coordinator supports day-to-day data processes across the organization—making sure data is accurate, organized, and easy to access. This role works cross-functionally to maintain data quality, support reporting, and keep systems running smoothly.
Your Impact
- Ensure accurate, reliable data that supports daily operations and decision-making
- Maintain clean, consistent data across systems by identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Keep data accessible and up to date so teams can move quickly and efficiently
- Support reporting and insights that drive operational and strategic decisions
- Partner cross-functionally (ops, finance, IT, analytics) to collect and maintain key data
- Bring structure to data systems, documentation, and ongoing process improvements
- Uphold data governance, compliance, and security standards across the organization
Your Strengths
- 1+ year of experience in data management or similar role
- Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Basic understanding of data quality and governance
