Are you looking to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data controls and governance process? If so, you've found the right team!
As a Data Governance team member within Payments Digital Domain Services Data Team, you will play a pivotal role in executing data governance strategies and policies. You will manage data classifications, apply data standards across multiple applications, provide guidance to the team, and access management. Your work will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the related processes. Join us to make a significant impact on our data governance and information management initiatives.
Job responsibilities
  • Implement and execute data governance strategies
  • Manage day-to-day data governance tasks and data control processes
  • Review product roadmaps and proactively work with the team to enable required controls
  • Develop data architecture and element level classifications
  • Implement regulatory uplift programs and track progress

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience with exposure to Financial Services
  • experience leading project teams
  • experience with data quality management and compliance with data governance policies
  • experience with data management and architecture
  • demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively across multiple teams within the firm

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • hands-on experience with entitlement management and applying data access controls
  • familiar with industry standards, privacy, and trends for data management
