Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Data Execution Leader to join our growing team!  

In this role, you will be supporting business teams by delivering high‑quality analytics, reporting, and data insights. This role is responsible for executing analytics work from intake through delivery, ensuring data solutions are accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.

This is a hands‑on senior individual contributor role with responsibility for guiding execution, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring data and analytics solutions are delivered effectively. Reporting to the SVP, Data Strategy & Business Intelligence leader for Arrowhead Intermediaries, this role will partner with divisional business leaders to understand business strategy, maintain data integrity, and develop and execute data initiatives within a division, that align with Arrowhead Intermediaries business strategy.

How You Will Contribute:  

  • Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize requests and manage delivery timelines

  • Translate business needs into clear data and reporting requirements

  • Lead the execution of analytics and reporting initiatives from requirements through delivery

  • Collaborate with data engineering, integration, and IT teams to resolve data issues

  • Partner with business and operations leaders to understand organizational changes that impact data visualizations, and develop plan to proactively address the data model

  • Work with Power BI developers to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Data Warehouse and reporting standards

  • Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and BI developers as needed to deliver effective visualizations that meet business needs

  • Document datasets, metrics, and reporting logic to support scalability and reuse

Skills & Experience to be Successful: 

  • Experience mentoring or leading the work of data analysts and Power BI developers (preferred)

  • Familiarity with enterprise data environments and multiple data sources (preferred)

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or similarly complex industries (preferred)

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles

  • Experience delivering analytics solutions end‑to‑end

  • Ability to work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay Range

$125,000 - $150,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
