Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hybrid Data Entry Specialist to join our administrative team. This role involves accurately entering, maintaining, and verifying company data across internal systems. The ideal candidate can work independently in a remote setting while also collaborating in-office when needed to support team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in company databases and systems with accuracy
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies
- Process invoices, purchase orders, timesheets, and other documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Generate reports and provide data summaries to management
- Communicate with internal departments to verify information
- Protect confidential company and employee data
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of data entry or administrative experience
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Compensation
- Annual Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 based on experience
