Job Summary: The Data Entry Specialist and Quality Control staff support the production of accurate documentation for our process server teams. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will verify information entered into our systems, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.
Pay: $35–$45 Annual Salary
Key Responsibilities:
– Review and submit legal documents using internal systems and email
– Take part in ongoing training to broaden industry and process knowledge
– Investigate any discrepancies that occur
– Complete additional assigned projects
Qualifications:
– No experience required; data entry experience is a plus
– High school diploma or GED required
– Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
– Strong attention to detail
– Willingness and ability to work well in a team
– Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
