We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various digital platforms while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
• Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain electronic files and records
• Generate reports as requested by management
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across departments
• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with data management systems or CRM software is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
