What Skills You Need• 2.5-3 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, software engineering, or related technical roles within engineering organizations.• 2.5-3 years of experience working in Agile or iterative development environments, actively contributing to sprint/program execution.• Experience leading technical initiatives without formal authority, influencing outcomes through technical credibility and collaboration.• Experience collaborating across global or matrixed organizations.• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python (or PySpark) for data transformation, analysis, and pipeline development.• Experience working with large-scale datasets in distributed data processing environments.• Experience developing/consuming dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks.• Solid understanding of data quality, governance, and technical documentation best practices.• Ability to gather requirements, manage competing priorities, and translate technical complexity into clear execution plans.• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including communicating complex technical and analytical concepts.
