What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Center Transaction Analyst to support CoreWeave’s global Site Selection organization. This role is responsible for managing, documenting, and reporting all metrics, financials, and operational data related to data center site evaluations, lease transactions, and pipeline activity. The Transaction Analyst ensures that leadership and cross-functional teams have timely, accurate, and actionable insights into the status and performance of all site selection efforts.

About the role:

As a Data Center Transaction Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting CoreWeave’s rapidly expanding global data center footprint. This role sits at the intersection of real estate transactions, financial analysis, and operational rigor, providing leadership and cross-functional partners with clear visibility into site selection and lease activity across the data center pipeline.

You will own transaction reporting, data integrity, and documentation workflows, ensuring deal information is accurate, timely, and decision-ready. Working closely with Real Estate, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Capacity Planning teams, you’ll help bring structure, transparency, and consistency to a fast-moving, high-growth environment—enabling better prioritization, risk management, and execution at scale.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and leadership readouts that track site selection and lease transaction progress, timelines, costs, risks, and dependencies
  • Support financial and commercial analysis of lease proposals, power pricing, operating expenses, capital commitments, and total cost of occupancy
    Ensure accuracy, completeness, and hygiene of transaction data across Salesforce and internal tracking systems
  • Own documentation and organization of transactional materials, including LOIs, term sheets, proposals, power studies, and due diligence inputs
  • Partner cross-functionally to synthesize technical, financial, and commercial inputs into clear deal summaries and decision packages
  • Provide real-time visibility into deal status and next steps for internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Drive standardization and process improvement across transaction tracking, reporting, and documentation workflows

 

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, real estate transactions, corporate finance, data center operations, infrastructure, or related fields.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in quantitative analysis, with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), and familiarity with data visualization or dashboarding tools.
  • High degree of proficiency in documentation and data organization, with a proven ability to manage and audit large volumes of project information.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical or financial information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
  • Proven track record of managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate, utilities, data centers, or large-scale infrastructure is preferred but not required.

The base salary range for this role is $99,000 - $132,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
