  • Lead customer data discovery, assessing source systems, business processes, data movement, granularity, relationships, and formats.
  • Unify sales, CRM, analytics, and other customer data; develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for multi-solution delivery.
  • Define strategic data architecture blueprints and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges and integration constraints.
Data Governance, Security & Quality
  • Apply standards and frameworks for data quality, master data management, data services, governance, modeling, security, and privacy.
  • Address applicable regulatory and sensitive-data requirements, including PII, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR considerations.
  • Ensure solutions follow platform guardrails and support growing data volumes, tools, and integration needs.
Adobe Experience Platform & Data Integration
  • Build Adobe platform data lake and real-time customer profile foundations to support ingestion and activation.
  • Design batch and streaming ingestion for online and offline data in AEP, partnering with data engineers on ETL/ELT collection and extraction pipelines.
  • Use REST APIs, Postman, and scripting to automate implementation and configuration activities.
  • Optimize query performance and model design across platforms, following technical guidelines and product constraints.
  • Plan and drive large-scale data migration, transformation, and modernization while protecting data quality, integrity, and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

Data Architecture & Technical Expertise
  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, SQL, and customer-facing work.
  • Expertise designing customer-centric database models and datasets spanning CRM, call center, marketing, offline, point-of-sale, and related systems.
  • Strong knowledge of relational and hierarchical data approaches, including RDBMS, columnar systems, data warehouses, BI, document and semantic models, data lakes, and OLTP/OLAP.
  • Advanced SQL development skills, including functions, transformations, arrays, joins, stored procedures, and data analysis.
  • Experience translating business requirements and data workflows into scalable architecture through structured analysis.
  • Hands-on use or administration of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including available AI tools.
  • Experience with Python or Bash scripting and planning or executing large-scale data migrations.
Consulting, Domain Knowledge & Education
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organization, verbal and written communication, and the ability to balance multiple customer projects.
  • Deep knowledge of at least one relevant industry, such as retail, telecommunications, healthcare, automotive, cloud, or streaming platforms.

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) certification.

Role Expectations
  • Provide technical leadership and client-facing guidance across data architecture, modeling, integration, migration, governance, and implementation activities.
