Summary:

In this role, you will oversee strategy and delivery of analytic services in support of Vizient agreements related to custom analytics and dashboarding. You will work with Healthcare providers and drive insights from data across company systems and domains, and feed the intelligence into business systems, products, and data consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with provider resources, product specialists and other services to deliver data analytics and services to fulfill reporting and analytic needs to lines of business in area of operations.
  • Ensure integration and alignment of activities with analytics, development and product delivery teams to ensure services and capabilities are available.
  • Provide analytic expertise and outcomes guidance and insight to internal and external stakeholders including clinicians to optimize the use of the data.
  • Ensure that staff provide analytics services in alignment with corporate strategies for provider offerings, product delivery and company data governance policies.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, supply, pharmacy and strategy analytics on cross-functional analysis as well as ambulatory, physician and continuum analytics
  • Mentor and train provider and staff for use and improvement of data reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
  • Marshall resources necessary to get work done
  • Address roadblocks and barriers engagements, internal and external, including access, security and governance
  • Maintain line-of-sight from the project charter and manage scope creep to the final deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other Vizient teams on delivery including data engineers, application engineers and product delivery, sales and account management
  • Coordinate all workstreams to execute scopes of work including discovery, design, methodology, data integration, development, training and delivery
  • Participate in analytics activities in support of new client recruitment, retention and implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Advanced capabilities in SQL and BI tools required.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and Vizient's Clinical Database (CDB) highly preferred.
  • Experience with Spend Management, and knowledge of Vizient's analytical tools including Operational Data Base (ODB), Procedural Analytics (PA), and Clinical Practice Solutions Center (CPSC) preferred.
  • Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Experience with performance improvement/project management initiatives or projects experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
