Job Description

The Data Analytics and Insights Lead will be responsible for executing advanced analytics to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise who can bridge the gap between data and business needs.

Key Responsibility

Advanced Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify, interpret, and communicate trends, patterns, and opportunities.

  • Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support business strategies.

  • Design, build, and implement well-governed, structured reporting and dashboard capabilities.

Business Problem Solving

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business problems and define the key questions to be answered using data.

  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Communication & Influence

  • Effectively communicate technical analyses, insights, and recommendations to business leaders and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned business unit, advising on data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Developer, and Python or R.

  • Proven experience in analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable insights.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

  • Knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, and advanced statistical techniques.

  • Expertise in dashboard development and data visualization best practices.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 85,600.00 - 152,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
