Your Role
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Data Analyst to serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the Sales process and beyond. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to analyze and present data, optimize customer engagements, and drive successful outcomes. This position is key to delivering a seamless, cohesive experience across pre-sales and post-sales interactions.

Your Responsibilities
- Regularly collect and process pilot program data from customer fleets to measure the effectiveness of pilot programs and assess customer value.
- Build clear, defensible ROI models to demonstrate business value for customers and stakeholders in Python, SQL, and Excel as needed.
- Automate recurring analyses and create repeatable workflows reducing manual effort and ensuring consistent and scalable reporting.
- Continuously ensure data quality and validation of results to ensure credibility and trust with customers.
- Develop presentations that translate analysis into customer value (fuel savings, tire longevity, service call reduction).
- Support Sales Directors with clear, data-driven narratives for prospects and existing customers.
- Document analytical methodologies so they can be reused and scaled ensuring consistency and efficiency across multiple customer engagements.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams on patterns seen in customer data.
- Partner with Sales to streamline the pilot process with better tools, dashboards, and templates.
- Act as a technical resource for customer pilots, ensuring that results are consistent and credible.
Skills / Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL (required); strong skills in Excel for reporting.
- Experience with data visualization and presentation (PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate raw data into clear business outcomes.
- Excellent written communication; verbal presentation skills a plus but not required.
- Interest in customer-facing work and learning more about sales processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer support.
- Familiarity with telematics, IoT data, or fleet operations.
- Comfort leading customer presentations (can be developed on the job).
Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000
*Base salary only. Salary is dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience and location.
**Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, stipends, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and long-term disability insurance.
