Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualise business performance and operational metrics.
- Automate data collection and transformation processes using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
- Support integration efforts between analytics platforms and Enterprise Systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM).
- Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Assist in the development of algorithms and models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases and governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Power BI and basic understanding of Power Platform tools.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or ITSM.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance principles.
- Experience with data modelling and DAX in Power BI.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
