Data Analyst III
itD is seeking a Data Analyst III to build and optimize scalable data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, and analytics solutions that power marketing operations and data-driven decision-making across high-impact business initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SQL, data engineering, ETL development, and business intelligence, with a proven track record of building large-scale data pipelines, automating reporting, and delivering reliable analytics across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize large-scale ETL pipelines and data infrastructure that support marketing operations and analytics.
- Design and develop automated dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Business Intelligence tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple data sources.
- Partner with growth marketers, program managers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality, integrity, and reporting issues across data pipelines and analytics platforms.
- Develop automated campaign reporting processes and improve operational efficiency through data automation and workflow optimization.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for pipeline development, scalable data architecture, and analytics infrastructure.
Internal Responsibilities
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- 5+ years of experience writing advanced SQL (Oracle, Hive, Vertica, MySQL, or similar).
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale ETL pipelines and distributed data processing systems.
- Experience processing and managing very large datasets (millions of records).
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar.
- Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and automation.
- Experience building automated reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and analytics teams.
- Proven ability to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in large technology companies or enterprise-scale environments.
- Experience supporting growth marketing, campaign analytics, or marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of modern data engineering best practices and scalable data architecture.
- Experience optimizing data infrastructure for reporting automation and analytics.
- Experience mentoring teams or establishing pipeline development best practices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.
