Perform benchmarking, strategic and tactical data analysis, integration, design, and modeling of corporate and business information.
Analyze information to identify trends, patterns, gaps and provide insights and succinctly and effectively communicate results.
Support end-to-end data sourcing, data modeling and data access controls.
Develop, modify and distribute standard and ad hoc reports and/or dashboards to better understand the overall business; develop presentations and share findings and recommendations
Create and document functional requirements including process flows, data movement from source to target destinations and transformations, including data governance standards.
Provide secondary/back-up support of issues management related to business processes and systems utilized to perform day to day functions within the organization. This is a systems administration and troubleshooting function.
The Skills and Background You’ll Need
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, analytics or other related field of study.
Experience: 2 years of progressive experience in providing advanced analysis via Excel and advanced analytics tools.
Strong skills in: Research, analysis, collaboration, problem-solving and communication.
Ability to: Provide actionable insights from large unstructured data sets while using multiple source systems for data extraction and integration purposes.
Ability to: Multitask, quickly shift focus and manage multiple projects at once with varying levels of demand and time sensitivity.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$80,250.00 - $136,750.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
