What You’ll Do

Perform benchmarking, strategic and tactical data analysis, integration, design, and modeling of corporate and business information.

  • Analyze information to identify trends, patterns, gaps and provide insights and succinctly and effectively communicate results.

  • Support end-to-end data sourcing, data modeling and data access controls.

  • Develop, modify and distribute standard and ad hoc reports and/or dashboards to better understand the overall business; develop presentations and share findings and recommendations

  • Create and document functional requirements including process flows, data movement from source to target destinations and transformations, including data governance standards.

  • Provide secondary/back-up support of issues management related to business processes and systems utilized to perform day to day functions within the organization. This is a systems administration and troubleshooting function.

The Skills and Background You’ll Need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, analytics or other related field of study.

Experience: 2 years of progressive experience in providing advanced analysis via Excel and advanced analytics tools.

Strong skills in: Research, analysis, collaboration, problem-solving and communication.

Ability to: Provide actionable insights from large unstructured data sets while using multiple source systems for data extraction and integration purposes.

Ability to: Multitask, quickly shift focus and manage multiple projects at once with varying levels of demand and time sensitivity.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$80,250.00 - $136,750.00
