Job Summary

As a Data & AI Presales Solution Architect at AllCloud, you will be the face of our business owning the full technical pre-sales life cycle, collaborating with AllCloud Account Executives. Candidates will be experienced in managing customer engagements in both virtual and face-to-face environments. The candidate will have experience engaging with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives, and will be adept at identifying requirements, shaping technical solutions, making recommendations, and influencing the decision-making process to drive complex Data & AI opportunities. The desired candidate should be a self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly goals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of AWS products/solutions, Generative & Agentic AI, and be able to provide expert guidance to our sales team and customers during the pre-sales process.

As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect you will be responsible for providing presale support to our clients, including demonstrations, documentation, proof-of-concept presentations, and other technical materials. You will also work closely with our delivery and sales teams to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and integrated.

As a trusted customer advocate, the Pre-Sales Cloud Solution Architect helps customers work with AWS in adopting advanced cloud-based solutions and designing data and AI workloads in AWS. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build mind share and broad use of AWS technologies.

How You'll Make Your Mark:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of AllCloud Data & AI solutions and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Proactively identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.) from existing clients in AllCloud’s Data and AI practice.
  • Selling Professional Services for AllCloud’s Data & AI Practice in North America.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their data and AI needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business objectives and position our services as a solution.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to design and propose data & AI solutions which align with client requirements.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in data & AI technologies to effectively articulate the value proposition to clients.

  • Sales experience selling Professional Services to Enterprise prospects and clients
  • Expertise in AWS data and AI services including:
  • Bedrock
  • AgentCore
  • OpenSearch
  • SageMaker
  • Redshift
  • Glue
  • Quick
  • Kinesis
  • DMS
  • Ability to architect, design and communicate solutions for a variety of initiatives including:
  • Generative AI chatbots
  • Agentic workflows
  • Machine learning pipelines
  • Batch and streaming ETL pipelines
  • Data lake and data warehousing projects
  • Business intelligence dashboards
  • Experience with a defined sales methodology used to produce quarterly target attainment
  • Proven track record supporting million dollar+ deals. Ability to build relationships with both technical and business executives
  • Ability to work independently, or as a member of a team, depending on the current situation.
  • Experience developing large contracts, working through conflicts, and working with legal teams and procurement processes

  • Enterprise transformation experience, including a track record of selling targeted engagements that will underpin Data & AI and AllCloud strategy
