The consultant troubleshoots and resolves Dynamics 365 ERP issues, focusing on Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse Management modules while improving operational metrics.
JOB DUTIES:
The Consultant will troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Dynamics 365 ERP application. They will own the issue and work with customers, partners, and team members until resolution. The T&L Consultant’s primary focus will be assisting customers with the Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management modules; however, other modules and basic Dynamics 365 ERP functionality is expected. They will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. Monitor and triage new support cases. Troubleshoot issues and deliver high quality solutions. Effectively communicate to customers, partners, team members, and management. Develop whitepapers, best practice knowledge base, and articles. Create, develop, and deliver proactive services with the use of new features or common repetitive areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field plus 2 years Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain experience; 1 year of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience; 1 full lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 ERP implementation (Analysis – Deployment); 3 years of industry and/or consulting experience; MB300 or MB330 certification.
