Essential Responsibilities:
Team Culture: Foster a culture of learning, continual improvement, execution, and accountability to protect the company and increase costs for adversaries.
- Operational Leadership: Own the business rhythm for the Threat Management organization, including leadership meetings, quarterly reviews, and strategic planning.
- Strategic Alignment: Serve as the primary conduit between the Threat Management leader and cross-functional teams, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, resourced, and tracked.
- Crisis Coordination Oversight: Oversee the team responsible for cross-functional crisis coordination during cyber incidents. Ensure processes, playbooks, and escalation paths are in place and effective.
- Cyber Reporting: Lead the development and delivery of regulatory and voluntary cyber reporting (e.g., ISAC, DoD, sector-specific requirements), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Program Execution: Drive execution of key initiatives spanning multiple functions, removing obstacles and accelerating results.
- Performance & Metrics: Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to measure progress against strategic goals.
- Decision Support: Prepare executive summaries, data-driven briefs, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Policy & Process Improvement: Continuously refine policies, procedures, and operational practices to enhance efficiency and resilience.
- Budget & Resource Management: Support planning and management of budgets and resource allocation for the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) or 7+ years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity.
- 3+ years in a leadership role within a Cyber-related discipline.

- Drives continuous improvement of controls in both ease of execution and completeness and accuracy of control artifacts.
The salary range for this position is 155,300.00 - 207,000.00 - 258,800.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include Health and Retirement.
