About You

You’re a Connector: You thrive on identifying and initiating conversations with the right stakeholders. From CISOs to IT directors, you know how to spark interest and uncover security pain points.

You’re a Strategic Builder: You’re more than just a prospector—you’re a pipeline architect. You know how to navigate complex buying cycles, build trust with key decision-makers, and support Sales Account Directors in closing the deal.

You’re Curious & Tech-Aware: While you don’t need to be a cybersecurity engineer, you have a solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions—like MDR, EDR, SIEM, and vCISO offerings—and a curiosity to learn more.

You’re Goal-Oriented: You operate with urgency and precision, leveraging outbound strategies, research, and creativity to exceed KPIs and contribute directly to revenue growth.

You’re a Skilled Communicator: Whether it’s cold outreach, warm nurture, or supporting a product demo, you tailor your message to resonate with your audience—from technical practitioners to C-level leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold and warm outreach, and strategic networking.
  • Build Relationships: Initiate and develop high-value conversations with prospective customers to understand their cybersecurity priorities and align them with Digital Hands’ offerings.
  • Support the Sales Cycle: Partner closely with Sales Account Directors to move prospects through the funnel, from first contact to booked meetings and eventual close.
  • Leverage Insights: Conduct research on target industries, accounts, and personas to personalize outreach and deliver relevant insights to prospects.
  • Represent the Brand: Attend virtual and in-person events, field marketing initiatives, and thought leadership forums to engage with cybersecurity stakeholders and generate interest.

What You Bring

  • Sales Acumen: 2–5+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or sales development—ideally in cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS.
  • Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated success in creating pipeline from scratch and working outbound motions in a greenfield or lightly penetrated territory.
  • CRM Discipline: Experience managing leads, activities, and reporting in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Cyber Savvy: Familiarity with the cybersecurity market and terminology (e.g., threat detection, managed services, compliance frameworks, etc.)
  • Proactive Mindset: You take initiative, manage your time well, and hold yourself accountable to high performance standards.

The Brand You’ll Stand Behind

Digital Hands is not just a leader in cybersecurity — we’re an industry benchmark. As a member of our team, you’ll represent a company that’s been consistently recognized for excellence and innovation in the field.
