Overview
Lucayan Technology LLC is seeking a Cyber Defense Project Integrator – Level II to support mission-critical cybersecurity programs for the Intelligence Community. This role focuses on coordinating and implementing cyber defense initiatives, maintaining program plans, and supporting the integration of cybersecurity solutions across enterprise networks and systems.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate across government stakeholders and mission partners to align cyber defense programs.
- Draft advisories and reports on cyber threats for executives, leadership, and mission operators.
- Support the development and maintenance of SOPs and incident response processes.
- Track and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Review and analyze cybersecurity documentation to ensure compliance.
- Gather and organize evidence to support assessments and authorizations (A&A).
- Identify emerging challenges and recommend improvements for cyber defense strategies.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- Master’s degree + 0–5 years relevant experience OR equivalent (HS, Associate’s, or Doctorate combinations).
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, respond to data calls, and brief leadership.
- IAM Level I or higher certification (CAP, Security+, GSLC).
- Project management experience in a cybersecurity or defense environment.
- Familiarity with IC and DoD cybersecurity programs.
