What You’ll DoAs a Cvent Freelancer, you will:
Build and manage event registration sites, event websites, and mobile apps within Cvent
Customize registration flows, attendee journeys, and communications based on client and event needs
Coordinate attendee communications, invitations, confirmations, reminders, and RSVP tracking
Support virtual, hybrid, and in-person events from a technical event platform perspective
Generate post-event reporting, analytics, and attendee insights
Troubleshoot platform or registration issues throughout the event lifecycle
Collaborate closely with internal teams, producers, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
Provide onsite or virtual event support when needed
Proven hands-on experience using Cvent for event planning and event management
Strong knowledge of Cvent registration, reporting, attendee management, websites, and mobile app functionality
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, and live events
Cvent Event Professional Certification
Experience supporting large-scale conferences or high-volume registration management
Familiarity with additional event technology platforms or CRMs
Experience with email marketing campaigns and attendee engagement strategies
Calm-under-pressure troubleshooting skills and exceptional attention to detail
This is a remote freelance opportunity with occasional onsite support needs depending on event location and project scope.
Candidates located in the Los Angeles or DMV commuting areas are strongly preferred.
Some evening and weekend availability may be required during peak event periods and large-scale activations.
