We are hiring a friendly customer support specialist to communicate with our customers and help solve problems. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor and have 2+ years of customer service experience with a strong desire to help people.

You will need to be tech-savvy. Access to a quiet work environment, a smartphone, and a computer with reliable internet access is required. If you are empathetic and enjoy working with people you should apply now. We are looking for someone who can work full-time. Shifts may include nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer’s questions and find solutions to meet their needs
  • Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, text, chat, and email
  • Maintain customer and driver satisfaction
  • Report technical issues to the engineering team
  • Report customer feedback to the management team
  • Collaborate with other GoShare staff members

Requirements

Required Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or above preferred, but not mandatory
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred, but not mandatory

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving, analytical thinking capabilities, and exceptional attention to details
  • Problem-solver
  • Ability to listen
  • Bilingual a plus
