We are hiring a friendly customer support specialist to communicate with our customers and help solve problems. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor and have 2+ years of customer service experience with a strong desire to help people.
You will need to be tech-savvy. Access to a quiet work environment, a smartphone, and a computer with reliable internet access is required. If you are empathetic and enjoy working with people you should apply now. We are looking for someone who can work full-time. Shifts may include nights and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer’s questions and find solutions to meet their needs
- Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, text, chat, and email
- Maintain customer and driver satisfaction
- Report technical issues to the engineering team
- Report customer feedback to the management team
- Collaborate with other GoShare staff members
Requirements
Required Experience:
- Associate’s degree or above preferred, but not mandatory
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred, but not mandatory
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving, analytical thinking capabilities, and exceptional attention to details
- Problem-solver
- Ability to listen
- Bilingual a plus
