We’re currently looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Specialist to join our office team and help us keep our "Rest Easy" promise to every homeowner.

Your main goal is to make sure our customers feel heard and informed from the moment they call us until their new roof is complete. You’ll be the bridge between our customers, our sales team, and our crews, making sure everything runs smoothly. You will manage the customer lifecycle from initial inquiry through project completion, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Answering phone calls and emails with a helpful, positive attitude.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the central point of contact for homeowners, providing proactive project updates and addressing inquiries with professional poise.

• Operational Coordination: Synchronize schedules between sales consultants, production managers, and installation crews to ensure project milestones are met.

• Administrative Oversight: Maintain meticulous records within our CRM system, ensuring all project documentation, permits, and warranties are accurately filed.

• Conflict Resolution: Resolve client concerns through active listening and solution-oriented thinking, maintaining high satisfaction ratings.

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to refine internal workflows and enhance the overall customer journey.

• Celebrate Wins: Gather reviews and testimonials from happy clients to help grow our reputation.


Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a professional customer service or office management role.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.

• Competencies: Strong organizational skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
