What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, Tier 1, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering high-quality support and helping users get the most from our products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to product development by sharing insights from customer interactions.
Learn the ins and outs of our Core Formstack products and services
Be the primary point-person for incoming support requests via email, chat, and/or scheduled phone support
Work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed our service standards in ticket volume, CSAT, and quality metrics
Create written and/or video documentation, and assist in keeping resources up-to-date
Think of new and creative ways to solve customer issues and share these ideas with the team
Participate in product development by sharing customer feedback and your unique perspective as a Formstack expert
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of customer support experience in a moderately technical environment
Proactive, resourceful, and empathetic approach to solving problems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills, especially when tackling complex or unfamiliar issues
Eagerness to learn and adapt to change
Comfortable working cross-functionally to find solutions and provide feedback
Bonus Points
Familiarity with online forms and form-building tools
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience contributing to internal/external knowledge bases
Previous experience in a SaaS environment

We are a hybrid workforce with key hubs in Denver, Fishers (Indiana), Los Angeles, Toronto, and Krakow, Poland. While some roles offer flexibility in location, others may require proximity to one of our hubs. Wherever you’re based, our approach is built on trust, collaboration, and doing what works best for our people and the business.
Salary Range
$47,500 - $52,500. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
