As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst - Customer Growth with the Revenue Operations Team, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how Lytx leverages Customer Success (CS) platforms to drive retention, expansion, and operational excellence.  This role blends strategic planning, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our CS systems and data deliver measurable business impact.   

What you'll do: 

  • Strategic Planning and Data Management: 
  • Define program goals, milestones, and success criteria with measurable KPIs 
  • Build data models to track progress, uncover risks, and recommend mitigation strategies that directly impact Renewal and Expansion Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) 
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholder presentations and strategic decision making 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for CS platform and process evolution, informed by data insights and industry benchmarks 
  • Stakeholder Management: 
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and end-users to ensure alignment, transparency and buy-in across initiatives  
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across teams 
  • Customer Focused: 
  • Build impactful client touchpoints that consider the customer lifecycle, enhancing their product and service experience.  
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to execute and manage customer playbooks, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. 
  • Ongoing Management 
  • Lead change initiatives related to systems adoption. 
  • Drive rigorous prioritization process for tool improvements and reporting. 
  • Administration of Totango. 
  • Perform other duties assigned. 

What you bring: 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree and five+ years of experience in managing technology platforms and solutions, ideally within Customer Success or Revenue Operations 
  • Hands-on experience with Totango and Salesforce a plus.   
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. 
  • Strategic mindset with a drive to integrate data, systems and workflows to achieve business outcomes 
  • Analytical problem solver who can analyze complex issues and find practical solutions in fast paced environments

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$103,000.00 - $131,000.00
