Job Summary:
We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist who is driven to listen to the voice of the customer and demonstrates a blend of customer-facing skills as well as technical acumen. In this role you will assist customers guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of our Inventory and Order Managment software platform. You will act as both an advocate for the customer internally and a knowledgeable guide for our platform externally. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years' experience with either an ERP or IMS program as the Subject Matter Expert or working for the ERP/IMS programs directly and be an affective communicator both Written and Orally to be able to train our customers how to utilize the software.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead product demonstrations and provide support and thought partnership for opportunity meetings in partnership with the sales and product teams.
Assist with Onboarding, Support and Training related tickets in a timely and efficient Manner.
Primary focus will be on end-to-end workflow including integration with QuickBooks.
Document and track all client interactions within internal software.
Proactively manage escalations, coordinating cross-functional teams to address customer issues and concerns swiftly.
Skills & Competencies:
Industry Knowledge: Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or IMS (Inventory Management System) implementation and support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in partnering with sales, marketing, client success, data, and product teams to deliver impactful results and complete projects effectively to ensure successful solution adoption.
Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to analyze feedback, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing strategic guidance from both process and product perspectives.
Demonstrations & Presentations – Ability to showcase product capabilities to stakeholders with the value and benefit story.
Deadline Management: Adept at handling multiple client opportunities, managing deadlines, and prioritizing work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business or similar field.
2+ year(s) experience with ERP/IMS experiences.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong networking and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
Dedicated workspace and reliable internet connectivity.
