We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help our customers get the most value from our health services platform. You will build relationships with customers, support their onboarding and ongoing use of the platform, and work with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

This role is suitable for both Junior and Middle-level candidates, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support customers throughout onboarding and their ongoing use of the platform.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.

  • Respond to customer questions and help resolve issues.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction, engagement, and overall experience.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.

  • Work closely with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve customer needs.

  • Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and retention.

  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity in CRM systems.

  • Prepare basic reports on customer activity and satisfaction.

RequirementsJunior Level
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, customer success, account support, or a related role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-focused and proactive approach.

  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities.

  • Comfortable learning new software and digital tools.

  • Good English communication skills.

Middle Level
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar role.

  • Experience managing customer relationships independently.

  • Experience with SaaS or digital products is a plus.

  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and drive product adoption.

  • Experience using CRM and customer success tools.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar.

  • Experience working with SaaS or healthcare technology products.

  • Experience with customer onboarding and product training.

  • Understanding of customer success metrics such as retention, churn, CSAT, or NPS.

  • Additional language skills are a plus.

Compensation

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
