Job Description:We are hiring a Urdu-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Penang, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, delivering excellent service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is a must
Proficiency in Urdu and English (spoken and written) is required.
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.
Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Penang, Malaysia.
