As a Customer Success Manager, you will liaise with partners and the engineering team, overseeing integrations, ensuring value from the protocol, and improving the developer experience through feedback and documentation.
Veda is the DeFi engine powering financial apps enabling platforms to seamlessly create on-chain yield products. Our mission is to unlock DeFi for the world by providing seamless, enterprise-grade integrations for modern finance. Veda's technology powers many of DeFi's largest vault products, including ether.fi Liquid, PlasmaUSD Vault, Lombard DeFi Vault, and Mantle cmETH.
At $6B in TVL and 100k+ users, Veda is one of the fastest growing DeFi protocols with a team passionate about DeFi and dedicated to our work. This role will be high impact and have the opportunity to directly shape some of the most critical infrastructure in DeFi.
Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll act as the primary liaison between our partners and our engineering team. You’ll help new users integrate our Boring Vault protocol and API layer, guide them through implementation, and ensure they get maximum value from our protocol.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how we scale our ecosystem — combining technical insight, relationship management, and product feedback.
This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of engineering, product, BD, and ecosystem development. You’ll work closely with teams building on DeFi infrastructure, identify integration opportunities, and translate technical feedback into actionable insights for our roadmap.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main technical contact for partners, developers, and institutions integrating with our products.
- Provide hands-on guidance for integrations — from design review to deployment.
- Work closely with engineering to resolve technical issues and improve developer experience.
- Collaborate with product to translate user feedback into roadmap priorities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and best practices.
- Track partner performance and ensure long-term success and adoption.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role (solutions engineering, partner engineering, or technical relationship management).
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, smart contracts, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Passion for decentralized finance and open-source ecosystems.
Why Join Us
- Help shape the technical foundation of a rapidly growing DeFi ecosystem.
- Work directly with top-tier developers, protocols, and institutional partners.
- High autonomy and ownership in a small, fast-moving team.
- Competitive compensation
- Fully remote and globally distributed
