About Your Role

Harrison.ai is redefining how artificial intelligence supports radiologists and health systems worldwide. As we expand across the U.S., we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who can bridge the worlds of clinical operations, enterprise technology, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of helping health systems, radiology groups, or imaging technology partners achieve measurable results through AI and SaaS solutions. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor from onboarding through renewal—driving adoption, building advocacy, and ensuring our customers realize tangible clinical, operational, and financial value.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that blends relationship management, technical fluency, and commercial acumen. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure every customer achieves success with the Harrison.ai portfolio.

What You Do:
  • Lead the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding and implementation through adoption, renewal, and expansion.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to radiology and IT leadership, helping them translate Harrison.ai’s innovations into measurable value within their workflows.

  • Ensure smooth implementation by coordinating with technical teams on PACS/RIS integrations, data workflows, and training for radiologists and administrators.

  • Develop success plans that tie product usage to business outcomes, regularly tracking progress and adjusting strategy as customers evolve.

  • Champion the voice of the customer by sharing insights, feedback, and feature requests directly with Product and Engineering.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing to build case studies, highlight outcomes, and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Drive retention and growth by demonstrating ROI, building trust, and positioning Harrison.ai as an indispensable partner.

  • Contribute to the foundation of a world-class U.S. Customer Success organization by refining playbooks, metrics, and best practices.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Imaging, or related field.

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Clinical Applications, or Account Management within a healthcare technology, SaaS, or imaging environment.

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows in radiology and familiarity with PACS/RIS, DICOM, and HL7 standards.

  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.

  • Organized and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.

  • Comfortable engaging with C-suite, radiologists, and technical stakeholders alike.

  • Passionate about innovation in healthcare and motivated by the opportunity to improve patient outcomes at scale.

Nice to have skills and characteristics:

  • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, data analytics, or survey tools.

  • Formal training or certification in project or change management.

  • Proven ability to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities through value realization.

What we’re about

At Harrison.ai, we’re redefining what’s possible in healthcare. Through our diagnostic AI solution, we’re building AI tools that help clinicians deliver earlier, more accurate diagnoses and raise the standard of care for millions of patients worldwide.

Our mission is bold but simple: to scale global healthcare capacity and create a fairer, healthier world. By using AI as a co-pilot for clinicians, we’re tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges, the shortage of human expertise, and giving every patient the chance to access timely, high-quality care, no matter where they live.

Because while we’re building cutting-edge AI, what we’re really building is hope—that everyone can access the healthcare they deserve.

And we’re just getting started.
