We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers, largely in manufacturing, achieve their desired outcomes with TeamSense for their workforce. This remote, post-sales role shepherds the complete customer journey—from onboarding through renewal and expansion, and they report to the Senior Director of Customer Success and Support.

You'll partner directly with plant managers, HR, and operations leaders to deliver clear ROI and build customer advocates. The role requires significant cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to champion customer needs and influence our roadmap.

This hands-on position is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make a tangible impact on how manufacturing companies manage their frontline workers.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard: Lead new customers through onboarding and training, ensuring rapid time-to-value.
  • Align: Facilitate discovery conversations with plant and HR leaders to uncover desired outcomes and goals, and map them to TeamSense capabilities.
  • Enable: Own adoption and enablement plans; deliver success plans tied to measurable workforce outcomes.
  • Expand: Secure timely renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and create customer advocates.
  • Deliver executive business reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate ROI and build strategic alignment.
  • Analyze product usage data to surface actionable insights, flag risks, and drive proactive engagement.
  • Manage escalations with urgency, aligning internal stakeholders to resolve challenges.
  • Partner cross-functionally to bring the voice of the customer into product roadmap discussions and go-to-market strategy.
What You Bring
  • You have 3+ years in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
  • You have experience in manufacturing or logistics environments — and understand the realities of plant operations, union workforces, and frontline engagement.
  • You LOVE working with customers and thrive on helping them succeed.
  • You’re consultative: skilled at discovery, listening, and translating customer needs into measurable business value.
  • You’re analytical: comfortable with data, usage metrics, and tying adoption to ROI.
  • You’re an excellent communicator: able to engage both frontline users and executives.
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing short-term tasks with long-term strategy.

Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000
