Location Requirement: Candidates based in the Bay Area are expected to work from our office 5 days a week. Remote candidates are also welcome to apply, with a preference for those located on the East Coast.


Who you are: 

You are a Customer Success Manager with a deep understanding of the telecom landscape, you are skilled at articulating complex solutions and delivering value for both partners and end customers. You are a relationship-driven professional with a proven track record of managing and growing partnerships within the telecom, partnerships, or service provider ecosystem. You excel at building strong connections, aligning goals, and fostering mutual success through collaboration.


What you will do: 

  • Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor to align their goals with Clerk Chat’s solutions.
  • Develop and execute joint business initiatives to drive mutual growth and achieve partner success.
  • Track and analyze churn data to identify key drivers, establish a baseline churn rate, and execute strategies to reduce churn.
  • Drive product engagement by improving time-to-key milestones
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams to expand customer revenue, improve adoption, and identify growth opportunities.


What you will need:

  • 5+ years of professional experience working in telecom, partnerships, or service provider industries, with a strong understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term, strategic partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to identify trends and inform strategies.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a focus on driving results.
  • Experience with customer success tools, CRM systems, and an understanding of data silos or data warehousing concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to improve the customer experience.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with telecom, communication, or messaging platforms.
  • Exposure to early-stage startups or high-growth companies, with a passion for driving results in these environments.

Salary Range: 

The pay range for this role is: $130,000 to $150,000 base

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in this compensation package and believe all employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
