We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high level of service. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance:

    • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the issue.
  2. Issue Resolution:
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and satisfaction has been achieved.
    • Document customer interactions, feedback, and troubleshooting steps in the company’s CRM or service database.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
