Job Title

Customer Quality ManagerResponsible for managing and representing the Global Quality interface efforts for key Semiconductor customer accounts by assuring compliance to requirements and enhancing relationships through supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Acts as a vital link between customer and internal quality stakeholders, facilitating communications and alignment on key initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data collection, DOE test development, material tracking, design review submissions, etc. for all equipment, part, and powder qualifications
  • Serve as the single point of contact for key customers (Key Accounts) for;
  • Setting Quality Goals & Objectives:
  • Scorecard management from a corporate perspective
  • Consolidate all report card scores and comments into a single file that contains trends and charts for presentation and analysis
  • Develop a summary of Key Quality Metric performance
  • Coordinate all the separate factory scorecards into a single corporate scorecard
  • Coordinate with factories to help them develop trend, Pareto, and corrective action plans for underperforming metrics and present to the customer during external QBRs
  • Manage and coordinate response to non-conformance events impacting specific key customers:
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective actions
  • Develop and drive structured problem solving / post-mortem activities
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, ensure customer quality requirements, and share lessons learned with the rest of the team
  • Communicate solutions across Global Quality and with cross-functional organizations
  • Provide Contract support and facilitation related to global customer specific Quality, Engineering and other business process requirements.
  • Establish a thorough understanding of customer requirements and communicate/educate the requirements through the enterprise
  • Formulates techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
  • Process Control Systems (PCS):
    • Work with customer IT and CoorsTek IT on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) projects
    • Coordinate with Global Quality to participate in the monthly PCS reviews at each factory. Help standardize the process, collate information, and develop external reports for customers.
  • Failure Analysis (FA):
    • Monthly reporting of FA performance and backlog
    • Review open actions with pertinent individuals to foster task completion

Job Experience:

  • Relevant Semiconductor experience preferred
  • 7-10 years experience

Functional / Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of relational databases
  • Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Office, Sharepoint, Teams)
  • Proven experience in identifying requirements, developing business cases, and implementing approved solutions
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds

  • ASQ Certified Quality Manager

Compensation:

  • The listed range applies to the Golden, Colorado area and may vary by region

Target Hiring Range

Annual Salary: USD 112,767.00 - USD 145,055.00
