What You Will Do
- Define and maintain the project baseline: scope, schedule, resources, and governance
- Lead planning, execution, and deployment of mobile radio network projects (RAN, 5G)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring transparency and trust
- Track project progress; manage changes, risks, conflicts, and escalations
- Lead and develop a diverse, technically skilled team
- Coordinate across internal functions: Supply, Sourcing, Finance, and Operations
- Manage external partners and third-party service providers
- Own project financials: forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition, and margin
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, security, and anti-corruption standards
- Support pre-sales and proposal activities when needed
- Continuously improve project methods, tools, and ways of working
You Will Bring
Required:
- +5 years of experience as a CPM
- Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience delivering mobile network / RAN rollout projects, including 5G
- Strong track record in customer-facing project leadership within complex environments
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder ecosystems across customers, teams, and suppliers
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Clear communication, leadership, and influencing skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-focused approach
- Fluency in English and Arabic
Advantageous:
- Experience with operators in the Middle East
- Background in network modernization, swap, or large-scale rollout programs
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience managing subcontractors and third-party suppliers
- Familiarity with contract management and project sales processes
