Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to be a part of making this happen.

About the Role

The Customer Marketing Specialist will design and execute customer focused marketing programs aimed at increasing customer loyalty, improving retention, and maximizing lifetime value. This role will work closely with the local sales, customer success, and product teams to deliver personalized and impactful interactions with our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Research, evaluate, and coordinate events for current customers that drive engagement, retention, and growth

  • Work with outside vendors to secure venues, food and beverage, transportation, and promotional items for campaigns and events

  • Create detailed plans for all programs and work closely with marketing partners to ensure proper builds, processing of registrations, and notes are attached to each activity

  • Build and communicate plans with sales teams and SMEs (subject matter experts) to ensure a high level of execution and customer experience are met

  • Maintain resources for the Customer Success team to properly leverage Customer Marketing campaigns, programs, and promotions

  • Manage, track, and balance assigned budget

  • Evaluate results against goals and use learnings to drive improvements for future efforts

Who You Are

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

  • Proven experience communicating effectively across diverse teams in multiple departments, and functions with individual priorities.

  • Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, asking questions, tracking down answers, and leading projects with minimal direction.

  • Comfortable leveraging marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and Salesforce to track campaign performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications

  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 30%

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a B2B customer-facing or field marketing role

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS or cybersecurity B2B marketing experience is a plus
