About the TeamThe Customer Marketing Team at Invoca is responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with our customers through engaging marketing programs, advocacy initiatives, and community-building efforts. This team plays a critical role in deepening customer loyalty, increasing retention, and amplifying customer voices across our brand. The team works closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate customer stories into strategic growth opportunities for the company.
About the RoleThe Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing programs that drive advocacy, engagement, and retention within Invoca’s customer community. This role acts as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that Invoca’s customers are celebrated, supported, and empowered to share their success stories.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic marketing acumen, and a passion for storytelling to build programs that transform delighted customers into advocates. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing, and it is a remote position.
You Will- Create and execute measurable multi-channel marketing programs that drive customer advocacy and improve retention.
- Own and expand Invoca’s Customer Advocacy program, maintaining strong relationships with customer advocates and ensuring mutual success.
- Produce and manage customer user groups, including scheduling, content development, speaker coordination, and performance tracking.
- Promote customer success stories and thought leadership across Invoca channels—including newsletters, blogs, webinars, and internal communications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches, internal enablement, and promotional content development.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to leverage customer stories for references, case studies, testimonials, and event participation.
- Secure and coordinate customer participation in speaking engagements, analyst sessions, and press opportunities.
- Drive engagement in customer feedback initiatives such as G2 reviews, NPS surveys, and product beta programs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer marketing, identifying new opportunities to showcase customer success.
- Have strong AI fluency and apply an AI-first mindset, using AI tools to streamline workflows, surface insights, and enhance customer engagement strategies.
- 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or demand generation at SaaS or B2B technology company
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives for internal and external audiences
- Creative marketing instincts and storytelling ability to highlight customer impact and drive engagement
- Proven project management skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
- A track record of delighting customers and nurturing long-term relationships that drive loyalty
- Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo experience a plus) and community management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making and A/B testing
- High emotional intelligence, collaboration skills, and passion for customer experience
