As a Customer Experience Incentive Analyst, you will be supporting Trimble’s Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Owner (AECO) Sector and specifically our Global Professional Services and Customer Success organizations through management and administration of our customer experience incentives and commission processes globally. You will report to the Manager of Customer Experience Performance & Compensation, and your work will be critical to the continued success and revenue growth of the Sector and Trimble. 

Your Key Tasks Will Be

  • Supporting the global AECO Customer Experience Organization in all  compensation and commission related matters, including recognition and other incentives (SPIFFs) as needed.

  • Assist with the maintenance and development of an AECO Customer Experience Incentive program and seller plans for global team members.

  • Partnering with other Compensation team members and Business Partners to solve Customer Experience compensation-related business problems and provide insight and guidance.  

  • Generating and maintaining performance analysis, including individual and team productivity, and identification of performance improvement opportunities.

  • Commissions: Support process improvement efforts around the compensation planning and maintenance process. 

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • 5-7 years experience in an incentive/compensation management role either in sales or post sales. Additional or relevant experience in a quantitative role such as sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics or business analytics is a plus.

  • High degree of mathematical and analytical competency.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Sheets and/or Excel are a must.

  • Experience with BI tools and/or compensation management software is a bonus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence. 

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, and sound judgement.

  • Excellent problem solving and analysing skills.

  • Ability to adapt to change positively, thrive in a matrixed work environment, and effectively manage competing demands.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring Range

$105,600.00–$145,200.00
