We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Care Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Care Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and exceeding customer expectations. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and metrics

- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services

- Work in a team environment to achieve customer service goals

 

Requirements:

 

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or B2C environment

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
