As a Trading Services Specialist within our Global Markets team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the servicing of complex and non-standard loan products. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of our lending businesses, ensuring seamless operations and financial accuracy. We value collaboration, and you will be part of a team that thrives on communication and teamwork.
Job responsibilities

  • Support the servicing of complex and non-standard loan products.
  • Communicate frequently with front and middle offices for seamless business support.
  • Collaborate with Financial and Product control for accurate month-end income/P&L reflection.
  • Action all scheduled and unscheduled loan activity daily.
  • Monitor and investigate cash and other exceptions, including past due loans and financial risks.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior knowledge of loan product or trading operations.
  • Experience with Loan IQ.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting terms.
