Seeking a hands-on CTO with fintech experience, capable of coding and providing leadership in AI product development and financial architectures.
- Must have: prior experience as a full stack software developer and a venture backed CTO or equivalent. Seeking hands on (actively coding) software engineer with leadership experience.
- AI - Product (external): workflow/process automation, data extraction, data reconciliation & analysis, and rules based lending eligibility checks
- AI - Internal: Deploys innovative software dev production acceleration and QC
- Architecture - Experience developing and presenting modern fintech architecture to clients and investors
- Security - bank level security, encryption, and audits (Soc II type 2 etc)
- Must have: Fintech background - particularly lending and/or capital markets (crypto / blockchain not a focus)
- Leadership - team, client, and investor facing leadership
- Location: Ideally located in Boulder CO or Montreal Canada. Open to strong candidates in other locations.
