You can expect to work on:
A lot of things! At this early stage, you will find yourself:
Building our MVP educational homeowners platform
Influencing our tech stack, as our tech lead you will have a strong voice in those decisions
Building our credit card origination flow
Defining our culture.
Architecting core product infrastructure to enable us to go from 0-to-1
Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
Traveling to meet the team in LA, France or Colombia
You 🫵
Experienced full stack engineer. Fintech & Corecard experience is a big plus
You've built, or are familiar with API’s and distributed architectures.
Passionate about our mission of making a difference in the homeownership space
Collaborative and enjoys working in a team
Can make daily jokes ( yes we are disrupting an industry but we still need to laugh meanwhile)
Product-minded engineers who advocate for a better and more inclusive user experience on behalf of our users.
Actions > 1000 words: Someone that is not afraid to be a doer at first to build our first MVP and then being able to delegate when we hire engineer team after raise.
