Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Client Solutions Partner with deep expertise in Telecom and Generative AI (GenAI). In this high-impact, client-facing role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leading telecom clients, helping them harness the transformative power of AI and GenAI to solve complex challenges, improve operations, and create new value. You will lead the design, sale, and delivery of tailored AI-driven solutions in close partnership with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders in telecom organizations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all AI/GenAI initiatives, establishing yourself as a strategic advisor and innovation partner.
Guide clients through their AI transformation journey—from initial opportunity discovery to scaled implementation.
Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their business goals and operational challenges in telecom.
Design and propose custom AI/GenAI solutions that drive measurable outcomes—such as customer experience transformation, predictive analytics, or network optimization.
Lead the full lifecycle of AI projects, including solution design, scoping, implementation, and post-deployment success measurement.
Drive consultative sales efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding AI/GenAI adoption within existing accounts.
Work closely with internal engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with client needs and solution feasibility.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, GenAI, machine learning, and telecom.
Track and report on solution performance, demonstrating ROI and business impact.
Provide ongoing education and strategic support to ensure clients continue to realize value from AI investments.
Advocate for client needs internally, ensuring feedback is heard and acted upon.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years in a client-facing role in the telecom industry, with strong knowledge of telecom operations and infrastructure.
Experience selling or delivering AI, ML, or GenAI solutions with a track record of success in enterprise environments.
Ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business value, communicating with both technical and executive audiences.
Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with telecom-specific AI applications like predictive maintenance, network optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection.
Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT models) and cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
Background in data science or machine learning engineering.
Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and data privacy regulations, especially in telecom.
