As a BisTrack Implementation Consultant, you will take a leadership role in consulting engagements, performing implementation tasks, and producing quality deliverables. You will be responsible for driving implementation deliverables and assisting the Project Manager with organizing and controlling tasks within the work plan. We are seeking applicants with expertise in BisTrack software, a customer-centric approach, and strong communication skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Adapt BisTrack product to meet specific customer business needs.
  • Coach and mentor PS Consultants, ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery.
  • Assist Project Manager in determining direction, timelines, schedules, and activities for an area of the project.
  • Establish solid working relationships throughout the Epicor and Customer organizations.
  • Ensure all deliverables in your area of responsibility are delivered on time and on budget.

What you will likely bring:

  • Expertise in all core modules of the BisTrack Software required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Lumber and Building Materials (preferred).
  • 5+ years of consulting experience (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

What could set up apart:

  • Familiarity with BisTrack, including its Schema, Business Intelligence (Smart Views, Smart Objects, Dashboards), and eBusiness agent and settings.
  • Extensive knowledge of the LBM industry, including how customers operate their day-to-day business and knowledge of LBM products, including board foot calculations.
  • Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently.

Range:

Minimum: $94,000 USD Maximum: $151,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
