GTX Solutions leads data activation and delivery for enterprise CRM programs on the Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud and Data 360, spanning email, SMS and direct mail. Our teams take over, stabilize and modernize live, high-volume programs, improving journeys, decisioning and measurement over time.


The CRM Operations Manager is the execution backbone of the program. This role runs day-to-day campaign operations across email, SMS and direct mail, manages the send calendar and approval path, and makes sure every deployment is accurate, on time and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns and journeys, including campaign setup, audience selection, content association and deployment scheduling.
  • Own the send calendar across email, SMS and direct mail, covering recurring programs, triggered journeys and one-time campaigns.
  • Manage the client review, approval and routing process, planning lead times so every send is approved before deployment.
  • Run program intake, including campaign briefs, capacity planning and prioritization with program leadership.
  • Coordinate QA and testing for every deployment, including logic, audience targeting, content rendering, links and compliance.
  • Manage contact and list operations, suppression and deployment readiness checklists.
  • Coordinate direct mail production and deployment with print production and mail vendors.
  • Manage recurring incentive and offer updates in campaigns, and work with platform and data teams to automate them.
  • Coordinate with deliverability and platform teams on send volumes, sender health and deployment issues.
  • Support the transition of live campaigns from incumbent agencies or platforms, including program, template and asset inventories and parallel operations.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, operational dashboards and deployment logs.
  • Document SOPs and execution playbooks for all recurring program types.
  • Identify and escalate operational risks, blockers and capacity constraints.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM campaign management or marketing automation execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise platform such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze, Marketo or Eloqua.
  • Experience running high-volume, multichannel B2C programs across email, SMS and direct mail.
  • Experience managing campaign QA, testing protocols and deployment checklists.
  • Experience managing multi-step review and approval workflows with brand, legal or compliance stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Teamwork, Jira, Asana or similar.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many concurrent sends.
  • Clear communication across technical, creative and client teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification, such as Email Specialist, Administrator or Consultant.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, AMPscript and data extensions.
  • Experience with direct mail production and mail vendors.
  • Experience supporting agency or platform transitions.
  • Automotive, OEM or dealer-network CRM experience.
  • Background in agency or consulting delivery.

Work Environment

  • This role supports an enterprise CRM program on the Salesforce platform.
  • The role requires close coordination with client marketing, technology and data teams; occasional travel or on-site presence may be required.
  • Southern California preferred, in the San Diego or Los Angeles area, to support in-person collaboration with client and partner teams.
