Who we are looking for
As a CRM Manager you will work closely with the global CRM team in supporting various initiatives to further localize efforts and promote customer engagement while increasing ROI utilizing data.
Never Ordinary. We are seeking a Manager, CRM Marketing Performance to lead our efforts from our newly opened Denver office.
This will include planning and implementing data-led campaigns, executing and analyzing performance, which aim to drive long-term customer engagement, and getting fully up to speed with our innovative tools and technology.
You will be results oriented, with proven CRM experience, and customer focused with strong commercial awareness, analytical and leadership skills.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually.
Preferred skills and experience
Extensive experience working in CRM or Marketing related roles.
Comprehensive knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (e.g. Optimove) and/or Execution Platforms (Braze) is essential.
Deep understanding of the online sports gambling industry with a passion for sports.
Commercially minded, data literate with strong analytical skills and comfortable in using raw data to draw useful conclusions and make logical decisions.
Ability to add value at every step of the process from planning through execution and analyzation.
Proven ability to hire and manage a new team.
Capable of multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines and under pressure to deliver results to meet the needs of stakeholders.
Interact with a range of different departments and build strong cross-departmental relationships.
Communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing.
Have the drive to see projects through to completion.
Self-motivated, proactive and meticulous attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities
Supporting the implementation of localized CRM strategies across states/provinces; assisting in the delivery of campaigns in a timely manner.
Working with various teams to plan, brief and deliver campaigns that meet specific objectives around customer engagement and reducing cost while increasing ROI.
Ensuring all creative reflects the appropriate tone of the brand and meet regulatory standards.
Developing and maintaining an exceptional level of knowledge of all promotional mechanics and CRM platforms available and ensure that relevant team members have the same knowledge.
Proposing workable ideas and solutions to the offers, tools and processes which drive the business performance forwards and improve the customer experience.
Promoting a data-driven culture within the team; adopting a robust test and learn approach to CRM (e.g. A/B, MVT, Control Testing), ensuring that all learnings are captured and used to optimize future marketing campaigns.
Recruiting and managing to enable the CRM team to operate effectively and efficiently in an ever changing and fast paced environment.
Monitoring industry best practices and competitor trends to ensure CRM plans are relevant and delivered to the highest possible standard.
Liaising with key stakeholders and other Marketing departments to maximize opportunities and help ensure the objectives of the department are achieved.
