Job Location: Remote (worldwide)


What you will be doing:


The CRM Business Solution Architect is responsible for designing, integrating, and overseeing scalable technology solutions that align with business strategy and operational needs. This role serves as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that CRM systems are secure, efficient, cost-effective, and future-ready.


The CRM Business Solution Architect leads solution design across applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, and organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities


Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design end-to-end technology solutions that meet business requirements, performance standards, and scalability needs
  • Develop solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps
  • Evaluate and recommend platforms, tools, and technologies aligned with enterprise architecture principles

Business Partnership

  • Partner closely with business leaders, product owners, and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility, effort and risk
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Technical Leadership

  • Provide architectural guidance and oversight to development, infrastructure, and vendor teams
  • Guiding developers and admins on when to use Flow vs. Apex vs. LWC.
  • Managing API limits and choosing the right integration pattern (Real-time, Batch, or Event-driven)
  • Ensure solutions adhere to security, data privacy, and compliance standards
  • Review and approve technical designs, integrations, and system changes

Integration & Systems Alignment

  • Architect integrations between enterprise systems (ERP SAP, HRIS, CRM, cloud platforms, CPQ)
  • Ensure consistency and interoperability across platforms and environments
  • Support cloud, hybrid, and on-prem solutions as required

Governance & Standards

  • Define and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and documentation
  • Participate in architecture review boards and change management processes
  • Documenting the "Why" behind architectural decisions to ensure future maintainability
  • Identify technical debt and recommend remediation strategies

Vendor & Project Support

  • Evaluate third-party vendors and solution providers (AppExchange)
  • Support RFPs, vendor selection, and contract reviews from a technical perspective
  • Partner with project managers and project owners to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope 

What you will bring along:


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect

Experience

  • 7+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 3–5 years in a Solutions Architect or equivalent role
  • Deep expertise with Sales Cloud
  • Experience designing enterprise-level solutions across applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations
  • Proven experience working in complex, cross-functional environments

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of AgentForce, Mulesoft and Sales Cloud environment
    Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Application architecture and system integrations
