Ferguson is currently seeking a Credit Coordinator to join our team! This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.  

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls with expectations of taking around 50 calls per standard shift
  • Handle a high volume of emails during a standard shift
  • Perform data entry
  • Process customer payments via Billtrust
  • Investigate, approve, and request customer refunds
  • Help customers by answering questions about their account
  • Identify the needs of customers and resolve issues
Qualifications:
  • Credit experience of 1 to 3 years preferred
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Effectively communicate in writing and verbally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
  • Highly detail oriented and have outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to adjust work schedule in accordance with job objectives
  • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
  • React well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to perform basic math functions

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$15.00 - $25.39

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
